TAGSYS has launched a product line targeted at textile supply and service companies. The company says the solution includes tags, readers and tunnels designed to perform up to two times faster than previous-generation systems while maintaining 99.9%+ accuracy levels.

The product line includes:

·         The encapsulated tag family – The ARIO 370L-HL and ARIO 370L-DL ISO 15693 tags  are designed to withstand extreme humidity, temperature, pressure and chemical applications. Each tag is guaranteed to survive 200+ wash cycles;

·         Medio L400 Stations – Both the Medio L400 reader and the textile services antenna series are designed for the rugged industrial applications found in processing plants. The company claims the Medio L400 can achieve processing speeds up to six times faster than earlier TAGSYS readers and 40% greater read ranges;

·         TS400 RFID Tunnel – This integrates RFID technology with existing factory automation equipment and processes. According to TAGSYS, performance accuracy is achieved through a patented three-dimensional antenna that provides 99.9%+ accurate read rates.
